Senior Sales Executive

Invenia Search has partnered with a fast-growing life science tools company to hire a Senior Sales Specialist, Biopharma. This role is hybrid, with regular travel across EMEA. The candidate must be based in France or Benelux.

The company has built a genomics platform used by life science researchers, and it is now building its presence in biopharma. It is looking for a senior commercial professional to grow strategic accounts across pharma and biotech in the region, working closely with field sales, applications and marketing colleagues.

Role Responsibilities:

You will own key biopharma accounts, build long-term relationships and grow revenue by expanding how each customer uses the platform.

• Develop and grow strategic accounts across pharma, biotech, CROs and CDMOs

• Build account plans that expand use across teams, departments and sites

• Lead deal strategy on key opportunities, some with a global scope

• Work with stakeholders ranging from bench scientists to senior leadership

• Find new applications across R&D, translational research, cell and gene therapy and QC

• Manage a healthy pipeline and forecast accurately

• Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a senior sales or account management professional who has grown complex, strategic accounts in pharma or biotech.

• Senior sales or account management experience in pharma or biotech

• A track record of growing complex, strategic customer relationships

• Confident working across a matrix organisation and with cross-functional teams

• Willing to travel regularly across EMEA

• Helpful but not required: a background in genomics, molecular biology or life science tools
