HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a trusted strategic partner to the UK commercial leadership team, providing proactive, commercially focused HR support to drive business performance, organisational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Working closely with senior leaders and line managers across the commercial organisation, the HRBP will translate business priorities into effective people strategies, ensuring the organisation has the right talent, capabilities, leadership and structures to deliver its commercial objectives.

The role will balance strategic business partnering with operational HR delivery, providing expert advice across the full employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation, company policies and the regulatory requirements of the biopharma industry.

The successful candidate will bring strong commercial acumen, sound HR judgement and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, operating effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven and highly regulated environment.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist role, ideally within a commercial or customer-facing organisation.

• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions.

• Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and employee relations practices.

• Demonstrable experience in organisational design, workforce planning and change management.

• Experience delivering talent management, succession planning and performance management processes.

• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate business strategy into people priorities.

• Experience working in a complex, matrixed or multinational organisation.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
