Invenia Search has partnered with a fast-growing European diagnostics company to hire a Channel Sales Manager for its indirect sales team. The company develops, produces and sells CE-IVD diagnostic kits for genetics, pharmacogenetics and newborn screening, and serves customers worldwide.

Role Responsibilities:

You will develop the company's distributor network and expand its presence in international markets, particularly in Asia, with a strong focus on newborn screening.

  • Develop, manage and support distributors across your territories, building long-term partnerships

  • Identify new opportunities and open new markets, particularly in Asia

  • Promote the company's diagnostic portfolio, with a focus on newborn screening products

  • Organise and deliver distributor training, scientific presentations and commercial support

  • Build relationships with laboratories, key opinion leaders and other stakeholders through customer visits and industry events

  • Monitor sales performance and market trends, and act on them to grow the business

  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver strong customer support

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for an experienced channel sales professional with a strong background in international distributor management.

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Business or a related field

  • 7+ years managing distributors or indirect sales channels in biotech, diagnostics or life sciences

  • Proven experience in international business development

  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to build long-term customer relationships

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Comfortable working with scientific stakeholders, laboratories and healthcare professionals

  • Fluent English and Spanish; French is a plus

  • Willingness to travel internationally 40–50% of the time, mainly across Asia
